TV Commercial Evaluation ServiceClient-submitted TV commercials: If you already have a commercial that was produced by some other agency, you'll need an evaluation to determine if it is likely to be accepted by the network where you want it to air. Television commercials must adhere to advertising guidelines. TV commercial evaluation is the first step toward getting it on the air. DID YOU KNOW? -- TV stations and cable networks can turn down your ad for technical quality or content reasons. Cheap TV Spots® productions are accepted at the networks with open arms, but not everybody can make great ads like we do. If you got your ad made somewhere else, we're happy to help you bring the ad up to broadcast standards. But first, let us get our professional staff to have a look at it. Clearance: All television commercials must pass network "clearance" - a subjective review by the network or TV station of the content and technical standards of the submitted commercial. Why do we need to evaluate outside ads? 'Cause these days, we see more and more outside commercials that are do-it-yourself, technically wrong or just plain crappy - and we need to see 'em before we (and the networks) agree to air 'em. Why is there a fee for the evaluation? The TV Commercial Evaluation is a custom, labor intensive service that provides you valuable insight into the quality and usability of your TV commercial. There is a technical and content evaluation fee for each outside TV commercial submission. This fee is for the evaluation only and is not applicable to your air time purchase. Air Time ResearchResearch is a time-intensive endeavor. We offer our research services to non-clients who are creating a marketing budget or business plan. Why do we charge for research for non-client call-ins and write-ins? We are a true discount agency. Air time research takes time and resources. We don't want to lay that cost off on our current production and air time customers. As always, when you get your commercial made with Cheap TV Spots®, our air time service is included. Just set your airing budget, and let's go! A. Single Net Service - Research for one USA television market of your choosing - one network, daypart or show. $99 B. Proposed Sample Schedule - A proposed air time schedule for your target audience, budget, and desired airing location. Just choose local, regional or national. Tell us about your budget and your product, and we'll do the rest. $499 C. Foreign (outside USA) Television Markets - Air time research and TV commercial clearance for airing in countries outside the USA. Additional air time placement surcharges may apply for countries with boards of censors and other centralized approval boards or organizations. $499 (additonal charges may apply). Note: Air time is a commodity. The rates and availability reported for a particular network or program are valid for a limited time and do not guarantee that the described air time will be available for the quoted price in the future. The networks decide what will air and at what price when the completed TV commercial is submitted for network clearance and approved.
